The Ealing Beer Festival, organised by CAMRA’s West Middlesex branch, will be held from 10 to 13 July (see page 47) in the magnificent Walpole Park in Mattock Lane. The festival still needs volunteers between Sunday 7 and Sunday 14 July. As well as helping behind the bar, we need help with processing admissions, handing out glasses, selling books and t-shirts, running the tombola and pub games and working on our stewarding team, keeping everybody safe. Taking part in a CAMRA festival is a great way to meet new people, learn new things and expand your CV, all the while bringing the festival to life for our visitors. You can register at https://ebf.camra.org.uk/volunteer/. Please only volunteer for sessions which you are certain of because, once validated, we will be expecting you at those sessions. While we welcome volunteers on all sessions, we tend to be short in the evenings and on the Saturday. You do not have to be a CAMRA member to work at this festival and full training is given.
