Mike also passed away on 13 October, aged 73. Many will remember him as the organiser of CAMRA North London branch’s London Drinker Beer Festival for several years, until he moved to be near his beloved Peak District National Park in Derbyshire. Mike’s working life was spent in the public sector, mainly managing projects for the NHS and local authorities. He was also a great railway enthusiast and volunteered his skills and expertise in several capacities. He also enjoyed folk music. His funeral was held on 3 November.
