All current CAMRA members are encouraged to vote. It is your chance to have a say in this competition. If you have not voted before, there is a voting guide available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the votes are counted and the nominations from local tasting panels taken into account, the winning beers will go through to a series of regional heats that will be held across the country. All judging is carried out on a \u2018blind tasting\u2019 basis. It is hoped that the final judging and the announcement of the winners will take place at the 2026 Great British Beer Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can vote for up to five beers across each of the following 12 categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Milds: up to and including 4% ABV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session bitters: up to and including 4.3% ABV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premium bitters: 4.4% to 6.4% ABV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session pale, blond and golden ales: up to and including 4.3% ABV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premium pale, blond and golden ales: 4.4% to 6.4% ABV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>British and New World IPAs: 5.5% ABV and above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brown and red ales, old ales and strong milds: up to 6.4% ABV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Session stouts and porters: up to and including 4.9% ABV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong stouts and porters, including imperial stouts and Baltic porters: 5.0% ABV and above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barley wines and strong ales: 6.5% ABV and above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speciality beers: differently produced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speciality beers: flavoured<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested in joining the London Tasting Panel, you should register your interest with <a href=\"mailto:christine.cryne@gmail.com\">Christine Cryne<\/a>.
