Closed during March lockdown. <strong>PATERNOSTER CHOP HOUSE<\/strong> relocated here in December 2020 from Paternoster Square. 5 draught keg beers on menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E4, DOVECOTE <\/strong>(Ei Group), Friday Hill. Reopened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE1, MATCHBOXSE1<\/strong>, Borough Market. Bar and restaurant located behind the Rake pub in Borough Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE9, BERRY &amp; BARREL<\/strong>, 18 Well Hall Pde. Family-run micropub serving craft beers, real ales, wines, gins and cocktails. Opened in a former dry cleaner&#8217;s in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE10, OLD JOINERY<\/strong>, Ravensbourne Wharf, Norman Rd. Bar and live music venue with a large outside area overlooking Deptford Creek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE15, GOLDEN ANCHOR<\/strong>, 16 Evelina Rd. Featured in \u2018Saving Britain&#8217;s Pubs with Tom Kerridge\u2019, a real ale was installed as part of the makeover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE18, LORD HERBERT<\/strong> (Ei Group), 47 Herbert Rd. Reopened under new management in December, following the retirement of long standing landlord John Hanley. Guinness and lager are the mainstay but real ale is also on offer: Wadworth 6X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW11, REVOLUTION <\/strong>(Inventive Leisure), 276-288 Lavender Hill. Renamed <strong>LONDON &amp; SOUTH WESTERN,<\/strong> opened as a Wetherspoon\u2019s in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>OUTER LONDON<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BECKENHAM, BR3WERY, <\/strong>253 Beckenham Rd. This microbrewery (whose name derives from its post code) opened its new premises, with tap-room, in December. The current takeaway range does include beers from other local breweries, and this will continue even after new brewing equipment becomes operational &#8211; delivery of which is expected in January 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHISLEHURST, COCKPIT<\/strong>, 4 Royal Pde. Chislehurst&#8217;s first micropub, opening its doors in late December but currently only able to offer a takeaway service. At the time of writing this operates from Thursday to Sunday in the afternoon and early evening. A choice of real ales from small local breweries is available. The house beer, named PIT, is a pale ale brewed by BritHop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CROYDON, SIGNAL TAP ROOM<\/strong>, 8 Stirling Way, Beddington Farm Rd. Signal&#8217;s taproom is part of the brewery premises, and is normally open on a Saturday afternoon. Up to 6 keg beers will be served, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KINGSTON<\/strong><strong>, OLD MOOT HOUSE<\/strong> (Tavern Property Co), 88 London Rd. Finally reopened as <strong>KINGSTON 1<\/strong> after three year conversion to hotel with integral bar and brasserie. Not reopening after 2nd Covid lockdown, future uncertain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EC3, REVOLUTION <\/strong>(New Inventive Bar Co). Announced in November they will not be returning to the America Square site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EC4, FOUR SISTERS TOWNHOUSE<\/strong>. Closed following Four Sisters Leisure going insolvent, building being refurbished, and for lease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EC4, PATERNOSTER CHOP HOUSE<\/strong>. Closed after relocation to former Union bar. Current occupancy of site unknown<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E13, SWAN <\/strong>(Admiral Taverns). Licence surrendered by Admiral in February, pub boarded up by December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E13, VICTORIA TAVERN<\/strong>. Lease expired in May. Pub awaiting demolition and replacement by flats under 2016 planning application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE15, HOLLYDALE TAVERN<\/strong> (Wellington). Closed. Ground floor for lease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW1, RILEYS SPORTS BAR<\/strong> (Rileys Sports Bars (2014) Ltd). Closed in March; 80 Haymarket building was being refurbished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW8, DUKE OF CAMBRIDGE<\/strong> (Mendoza). Converted to Avenida, a Brazilian burger house\/restaurant in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW12, WOLFGANG&#8217;S BEER HAUS<\/strong>. Has not reopened since the March lockdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW16, NORBURY<\/strong> (Wellington). Did not reopen after March lockdown. Lease handed back to Wellington and likely to be for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW17, DYNAMO<\/strong>. Has become LOVE TRIANGLE, a pizza cafe since August, but with a small selection of canned craft beers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW18, GROSVENOR ARMS<\/strong> (Ei Group\/Frontier Pubs). Apart from a limited pop-up service, has remained closed since March and is no longer listed on the Frontier website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>W3, CASTLE<\/strong> (Fuller&#8217;s). Reports of signage removal in December. Pub sold to developer in February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>W4, CONNOLLY&#8217;S <\/strong>(Ei Group). No real ale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>W13, STAR &amp; SCORPION<\/strong> (Star). Handpumps removed during second lockdown. Was STAR &amp; ANCHOR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WC1, YORKSHIRE GREY<\/strong> (Ei Group). Tenant handed back keys on London going into Tier 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>OUTER LONDON<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CROYDON, ORCHARD<\/strong>, 116 Orchard Way. Closed and sold towards end of 2019. Planning app to retain pub converting upstairs to four flats resubmitted Nov 2020 after previous refusal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RICHMOND, HOPE<\/strong> (Ei Group). Reopened as the <strong>RICHMOND CLUB<\/strong>, a members\u2019 club. No real ale. ABK Hell and Weissbier beer on draught.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong><em>OTHER CHANGES<\/em><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>INNER LONDON<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N17, WHITE HART <\/strong>(Punch Taverns). Now back in the hands of Terry O&#8217;Sullivan under his Quillrise company following expiry of Ei Group lease. Was the first of his Wishing Well chain to open in 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NW10, SHOP<\/strong>. Renamed <strong>ARABELLA&#8217;S HOUSE<\/strong> Bar &amp; Restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE18, GREYHOUND <\/strong>(Star). Lease transferred to Hawthorn Leisure Community Pubs in June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SE26, ALFRED <\/strong>(Town Centre Inns). Reverted to <strong>PRINCE ALFRED<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW4, 64TH &amp; SOCIAL<\/strong>. Renamed <strong>SIXTY FOUR<\/strong>. A cocktail bar with a couple of draught beers from Camden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW12, WE BROUGHT BEER<\/strong>. Reopened without the seating in September as a <strong>CLAPTON CRAFT<\/strong> off licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SW18, HALLOWED BELLY <\/strong>(Pioneer Hospitality). Reverted to <strong>OPEN PAGE,<\/strong> &#8216;Bar &amp; Dining&#8217; with keg beers in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>W1, COCO MOMO <\/strong>(TRG\/Brunning &amp; Price). Leasehold acquired for \u00a3200,000 by Santi &amp; Santi aka Marylebone Leisure. Renamed <strong>HOME MARYLEBONE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>OUTER LONDON<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BROMLEY, HOP &amp; RYE <\/strong>(Stonegate).
