E8, THREE SODS BREWERY TAPROOM<\/strong>, 399 Mentmore Terrace. Three Sods have moved into the premises and will open the taproom at weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E9, HOWLING HOPS TAP ROOM<\/strong>, Queens Yard, White Post La. Spacious brewery tap on the ground floor of an old warehouse building. Ten draught beers, described as being served straight from the tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E15, PRINT HOUSE (BAR & KITCHEN)<\/strong>, 133 High St. Open in 2014 in the shadow of Deans Yard Tower. 8 keg beers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E17, SIGNATURE BREW BREWER’S BAR<\/strong>, Unit 15, Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse La. Taproom at Signature Brew’s new home, opened late in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E17, TRAP TAPROOM<\/strong>, Unit 4, Ravenswood Industrial Estate, Shernhall St. On the same estate as Wild Card and Pillars, opened in March 2018. The taproom has a huge range of bag in a box ciders plus beers, gins, natural wines, sodas & coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EC1, MIKKELLER BREWPUB<\/strong>, 37-39 Exmouth Market. The second bar to open from Mikkeller in collaboration with Rick Astley. 18 keg beers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N5, HIGHBURY LIBRARY<\/strong>, 66A Drayton Park. Was LITRO<\/strong> between 2010 and 2013, then became a restaurant before opening in 2015. Craft keg and key keg beers available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N15, POST BAR<\/strong>, 316 High St. Opened Jan 2019 in former estate agents. Cafe bar by day, arts and live music venue in the evening. Several keg beers available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SE25, STANLEY HALLS<\/strong>, 12 South Norwood Hill. The Yard Bar is now open for weekend events. Three KeyKeg beers from Cronx Brewery are normally available; initially Anglo American Pale Ale. Pop Up! and Kotchin Blonde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW17, GOLDFINCH<\/strong>, 145 Mitcham Rd. Opened in 2018 in former hairdresser. Intimate bar and bottle shop. Limited choice of draught beer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W4, CHISWICK PAVILION<\/strong>, 12 Riverside Dr. The bar of Chiswick Cricket Club is now open to the public. Usually sells London Pride and an interesting guest ale such as Flower Pots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OUTER LONDON<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HATCH END, HATCH END TENNIS CLUB<\/strong>, 20 Clonard Way. Real ales from Rebellion are usually available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORPINGTON, ORPINGTON GPO<\/strong>, 214 High St. Gastropub at the site of the former Orpington Post Office, opened on 4 July. Two real ales initially: Harvey’s Sussex Best Bitter and St Austell Proper Job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E2, OLD SHOREDITCH STATION<\/strong> (Jaguarshoes Collective). Now a party\/event space<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E2, TAPROOM BY BETHNAL GREEN<\/strong>. Closed probably in March 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E10, SIGNATURE BREWERY TAP<\/strong>. Closed when the brewery moved to Walthamstow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E14, DAVY’S<\/strong> (Davy’s). Closed after nearly 25 years following end of lease. Lease on the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E16, BECKTON ARMS<\/strong>. Closed, future uncertain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E20, BUMPKIN<\/strong> (Ignite Group). Closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EC2, GREEN VIC<\/strong> (Rainbow Properties). Closed, looking for a permanent site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EC3, ROMA<\/strong>. Now a Japanese Sushi restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N4, ARSENAL TAVERN<\/strong> (Ei Group). Closed following roof collapse March 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N7, CROWN (BAR & CAFE)<\/strong>. Closed due to the health of the licensee and the financial consequences of the COVID lockdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N8, FUNKY BROWNZ<\/strong>. Closed early 2020, originally RAILWAY HOTEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N22, DUKE OF EDINBURGH<\/strong>. Closed around 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NW9, FUNKY BROWNZ<\/strong>. Demolished May 2020, originally GLEN<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SE2, MAYBLOOM WORKING MENS CLUB<\/strong>. Reported as closed with planning application to convert to residential, after opening only in December 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SE8, GIN & BEER<\/strong>. Closed due to high rent and not enough trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW1, LONDON BEER HOUSE<\/strong> (The Beer Collective). Announced on 30 June they will not be reopening,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW6, COURTYARD<\/strong>. Understood to have closed in Jan 2020, was KING’S HEAD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW8, MAWBEY ARMS<\/strong>. Closed. Planning application submitted for conversion to school premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW11, SAMBROOK’S BREWERY TAP ROOM<\/strong>. Closed and will not reopen due to move to Ram Brewery Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW12, ELEVEN<\/strong>. Closed in December 2019, was SIMMONS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW15, BRICKLAYER’S ARMS<\/strong>. Closed for redevelopment. Will hopefully reopen once completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW18, L’AFFAIRE<\/strong>. Reported closed June 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW18, SPREAD EAGLE<\/strong> (Young\u2019s\/Ram). Closed for major restructuring including adding hotel rooms and reception. Also to be moved to Young\u2019s managed estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W2, POMONA’S<\/strong> (Ei Group). Closed after 15 years trading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W4, MAWSON ARMS \/ FOX & HOUNDS<\/strong> (Fuller’s), 110 Chiswick Lane South. Fuller\u2019s have stated they will not reopen this pub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W11, MAU MAU<\/strong>. Closed mid-February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WC1, BREAD & ROSES AT THE CHAPEL<\/strong> (National Union of Journalists). Closed by the end of February along with basement theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WC2, HISPANIOLA<\/strong>. Reported to have ceased trading as of 23 March 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OUTER LONDON<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BROMLEY, BELGO<\/strong> (Casual Dining). Closed February 2020, future uncertain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EDGWARE, MASONS ARMS<\/strong> (Milegate). Closed and lease for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HARROW, FRANKIE & BENNY’S<\/strong> (TRG). Not reopening following lockdown, with TRG going into administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KENTON, FIZZ SPORTS BAR<\/strong>. Closed 3 March, future uncertain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NORTHOLT, NORTHOLT PARK SOCIAL CLUB<\/strong>. Closed and boarded up June 2019. \u2018The plan is to have a new building which would be primarily affordable housing with a community hall within it.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOUTH HARROW<\/strong>, HORSESHOE<\/strong>. Real ale discontinued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOUTHALL, SOUTHALL WORKING MEN\u2019S CLUB<\/strong>. Demolished c.2019 for 34 flats and replacement club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UXBRIDGE, FRANKIE & BENNY’S<\/strong> (TRG). Not reopening following lockdown, with TRG going into administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WEALDSTONE, SHANAKEE<\/strong>. Converted to Woody’s Grill restaurant in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EC4, KANALOA<\/strong> (Stonegate). Has become a BE AT ONE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N1, ISLINGTON CAFE BAR<\/strong>. Renamed PIN UPS<\/strong>. List of London craft keg beers available on a chalk board outside. Operates as a barbers during the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N1, NUMBER 177<\/strong> (Mendoza), 177 Hoxton Street, N1 6PJ. Renamed PLONK SHOREDITCH<\/strong> by early 2019, a crazy golf bar and lots of other amusements such as bar football and pinball. Bar appears to have five keg fonts dispensing Camden Pale and Hells, Orchard Pig cider and Becks Vier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N8, HOPE & ANCHOR<\/strong>. Renamed MCCAFFERTY’S<\/strong>, the 8th in the chain to open its doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N8, QUEENS<\/strong> (Food & Fuel). Reported to having been retained by TRG following F&F going into administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NW9, O’HANLON’S<\/strong>. Renamed WEE PUB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NW10, COMMON<\/strong>. Renamed COLLECTIVE BAR & KITCHEN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SE8, BROADWAY RESTAURANT & BAR<\/strong>. Having had a number of unreported changes in recent years became M’ARKS<\/strong> in November 2019 a ‘kitchen & bar’ with craft beer dispensed from a keg wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SE16, QUEEN VICTORIA<\/strong> (Ei Group\/Bermondsey Pub Co). Moved from Bermondsey to Craft Union division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SE19, DOMALI CAFE BAR<\/strong>. Became REUNION<\/strong> in 2018. \u2018Cafe by day, venue by night.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW7, COCO MOMO<\/strong> (Food & Fuel). Reported to having been retained by TRG following F&F going into administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW7, TAVERN<\/strong> (Holiday Inn). Renamed ASHBURN SW7<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SW17, IMPERIAL DURBAR<\/strong>. Renamed TAPS & TAPAS<\/strong>. Opened in August 2019 – a collaboration  between the team behind The Tapas Room and London Beer Lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
